Who we are, the people who lead the service, and the standards we hold to.
Who we are
TrNe is a supported living and domiciliary care provider working across London and the Home Counties. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs to live with as much independence as possible.
We are a small provider by choice. Smaller caseloads let our carers know the people they support well, follow their routines, and notice changes early. We work in partnership with families, social workers, and health professionals so everyone around a person follows the same plan.
What we stand for
Our name sets the standard we hold ourselves to.
Trust
We do what we say we will. Families and professionals get honest updates, and the people we support help shape their own care.
Nurture
We build support around the person, their pace, and their goals. Care plans are written with people, not for them.
Empower
We help people build the skills and confidence to do more for themselves, from cooking and budgeting to work and community life.
The people who lead the service
Our registered manager is accountable to the Care Quality Commission for the safety and quality of the service.

Registered Manager
Name to be confirmed.
Our registered manager holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and has years of experience supporting adults with complex needs. A short biography will be added here before launch.
Our standards
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and work to its fundamental standards. Our Statement of Purpose sets out who we are, what we provide, and how we keep people safe.
How we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs.
Supported living
Supported living helps adults live in their own home with the support they need to stay independent. People hold their own tenancy and choose how they live, and we provide the care and support around that.
We help people manage their tenancy, look after their health, build daily living skills, and take part in their community. Support can run from a few hours a day to around the clock, including waking nights and sleep-in support.
Care at home
Domiciliary care brings support to a person in their own home, from short daily visits through to live-in care. It helps people stay where they feel most comfortable.
Our carers help with personal care, medication, meals, appointments, and companionship. We agree visit times and tasks with each person and their family, and we keep the same carers wherever we can.
Who we support
We support adults aged 18 and over. Where a need is complex, we build the team and the training around the person.
Learning disabilities
Support to build daily living skills, access the community, and live as independently as possible.
Autism
Predictable, sensory-aware support shaped around each person's routines and the way they communicate.
Mental health
Recovery-focused support, planned with the clinicians who already know the person.
Complex and physical needs
Where needs are complex, we build the team, training, and equipment around the person.

Our CQC status, safeguarding, complaints process, and staff training.
Our CQC status
TrNe is registered with the Care Quality Commission. As a newly registered service, we have not yet been inspected. Our first inspection is expected within our first year, and we will publish our rating here as soon as it is issued.
CQC Provider ID: pending registration. We will add a link to our CQC profile here once it is live.
The standards we work to
We work to the CQC fundamental standards. In practice, that means:
Person-centred care · Dignity and respect · Consent · Safe care and treatment · Safeguarding · Good governance · Trained, suitable staff · Duty of candour
Safeguarding
Keeping people safe is our first duty. Every member of staff is trained in safeguarding adults and knows how to raise a concern. We act on every concern and work openly with local authority safeguarding teams.
Raising a concern. If you are worried about someone's safety, contact our safeguarding lead (name to be confirmed) on 07757 131 775, or your local authority adult safeguarding team. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
Complaints
If something is wrong, we want to know. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within three working days and respond fully within twenty. You can ask for our full complaints procedure at any time.
If you are not happy with our response, you can ask the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman to review it. The Ombudsman handles adult social care complaints, including those that are privately funded.
We hold public liability, employers' liability, and professional indemnity insurance. Cover amounts and our Information Commissioner's Office registration will be listed here before launch.
Accessibility
We want this site to work for everyone. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, and we can provide our documents in large print or easy-read on request.
Commissioners and families are welcome to ask for any policy or evidence we hold.
